Earn revenue with the Infor Opportunity Referral Program
The Infor Opportunity Referral Program offers you a valuable opportunity to earn revenue by referring leads that convert into Infor customers. When you refer a prospect for a multi-tenant cloud product, you leverage Infor's extensive expertise in business software and diverse cloud solutions crafted for various industries. You’ll receive a referral fee for each eligible referral that leads to a software subscription sale. Public Sector opportunities are not currently included for referral fees.
REFERRAL PROCESS
6-step referral process
Here are the process steps for the Infor Opportunity Referral Program, along with what to expect after submitting a referral:
Step 1: Submit
Referrers submit the opportunity referral using the form below. Please include all relevant information for the opportunity.
Step 2: Contact
Referrer will be contacted by Infor within 3-5 business days of receiving the referral (response may vary during peak times).
Step 3: Qualification
If the referral is accepted, it will be routed to the Infor field sales team for qualification and approval.
Step 4: Approval
Referrer will be notified if the opportunity is approved or rejected. If accepted, the opportunity will then go through the standard Infor sales cycle.
Step 5: Notification
Referrer will be notified at the Win or Loss stage of the opportunity.
Step 6: Payment
If the opportunity is closed / won, the referrer will be notified once the deal is paid in full*.
* Referral fee payments are processed after the customer has fulfilled their payment obligations to Infor, based on the customer payment terms and conditions.
